Shipping policy

At Atina, every piece is made and packed by hand in Chennai, and we want it to reach you safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping yet. If you would like to order from outside India, write to us at info@atina.co.in and we will see what we can do.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of your order confirmation email. During festive periods or sales, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know by email.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take a few days longer.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹1,000 ship free anywhere in India. For orders below ₹1,000, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, ranging from ₹99 to ₹200. The exact charge is always shown before you pay.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package with our courier partner.

Damaged, Lost, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if anything is incorrect or missing, email support@atina.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, contact us and we will take it up with the courier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or delivery was refused, re-delivery may carry an additional shipping fee.
