We want paying at Atina to be simple and safe. Here is how payments work.

Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). At checkout you can pay by:

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and any UPI app
• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Debit Cards: all major Indian banks
• Net Banking: leading Indian banks
• Digital Wallets: supported wallets

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways over an encrypted connection. Atina never sees or stores your card, UPI, or banking details.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices shown include applicable taxes. Any shipping charge is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges.

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after successful payment. Once payment goes through, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please double-check your email address at checkout.

Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If a payment fails or money is deducted without an order confirmation, the amount is reversed automatically by the payment gateway, typically within 5 to 7 business days. If it takes longer, email support@atina.co.in with the transaction details and we will follow up.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are made to your original payment method. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for timelines.
